Immune Boosting with Kristen Mark ND

Building a Healthy Immune System

Health and Wellness Education with Dr Kristen Mark ND

Supporting healthy immune function is always an important topic, but it has taken on new significance in 2020. This 4-part course will explain how the immune system works, what factors affect its ability to function properly (for better or worse), and what you can do to cultivate an immune system primed to protect you as effectively as possible.

This offering is intended to provide essential knowledge so that you can support yourself in health with confidence. In the spirit of mutual care during these challenging times, I’m offering the entire course at a reduced rate, and the first session is FREE.

Join Kristen Thursday April 16 at 4pm as she lays out all the immune basics that you need to better understand your body, how your immune system works to protect you, and how you can give it what it needs to do its job well.

Over the course of the next 3 sessions, you will delve into each important aspect of cultivating a healthy immune system giving you the information and tools you need to optimize your body’s natural functioning.

Each talk includes a live Q & A, and downloadable resources to help you implement change in your daily life. You’ll also get access to recordings of the live sessions, and a private Facebook group where you can ask questions and support each other as we move through the material.

You can benefit from the full course at a further reduced rate of $135 if you sign up by April 17. Kristen is also offering a limited number of subsidized passes to soften financial barriers to accessing this knowledge. Contact her to request a spot if this fulfills a need for you ($100 for the full course).

Early bird rate (ends April 16) – $135
Full course (deadline to register April 22) – $165
1 session only – $60
